Remark:
1/ In 1998, there were a price cut from the completed projects and the beginning of debt restructuring procedure. The number of land transaction dropped by 32 per cent.
2/ In 1999, there was asset liquidation by Financial Sector Restructuring Authority (FRA). The number of land transaction dropped by 14.4 per cent. The average number of land transaction in 1999 was 15,000 transactions per month compared with 74,400 transactions per month in 1995.
