3/ Low-rise properties include: (1) single-detached houses (including Thai style houses); (2) semi-detached houses; (3) townhouses; and (4) commercial buildings.
4/ Top-up loans are loans related to mortgages but provided for any other purposes than house purchasing. Currently, loans for non-life insurance and mortgage reducing term assurances (MRTA), as well as business loans, are not included in top-up loans.
The data is calculated from the mortgage loans database provided by Thai commercial bank system.
