1/ Land and building Transactions Nationwide data for the years 2019 and 2024 has been adjusted to reduce Juristic Act and Right Registration Fee for Immovable Property according to government real estate policy.
2/ The data on fees for the registration of rights and juristic acts (at the rates of 2 percent and 0.01 percent), as well as the nationwide value of land and building transactions for the year 2023, are currently undergoing official verification and revision.
3/ The data on real estate loans of commercial banks in Thailand is currently being restructured in accordance with The data is compiled from the monthly Regulatory Data Transformation (RDT credit).
