Remark:
1/ Composing of Land Holding, Land for Housing Construction and Housing Loans for Personal Consumption.
2/ Composing of Thai Commercial Banks (exclude Branch Offices Abroad) and Foreign Banks Branches. The BOT has revised commercial banks’ loans from September 2025 onwards and backdated to September 2024. This is due to the new data sources which are more comprehensive. Thus, the monetary statistics are now classified by loan purposes in line with the standards.
